What the checks cover

• Disqualified person

• ID Verification state

• Document name did not match name requested

• Individual has insolvency records against them

• Individual identity is registered as deceased

• DOB match

• Customer is not on Electoral roll

• Customer is not found on credit reference agency

• Phone is not valid nor possible

• Email is not similar to full name

• Email domain is high risk

• Email domain registered within 60 days

• Email address is disposable

• Mobile number used by different individuals

• Greater than 2 applications with the same phone number

• Mobile phone number held against a different address

• Greater than 2 applications for the same individual in same week

• Greater than 2 applications for the same address in the same week

• Mobile is the same but email is different

• 3 or more applications for the same mobile number on the same date

• 3 or more applications for the same email address on the same week

• 5 or more applications for the same mobile number on the same week

• Mobile number + address line 1

• Mobile number + postcode

PEP and Sanctions

• Individual is a potential relative close association (RCA) match

• Individual is a potential Politically exposed person (PEP) match

• Individual is a potential sanctions match

These all build a risk score for the individual.
